FEW MONTHS AGO THE REPRESENTATIVE OF SIRONA IN GREECE,SENT ME ONE CLEANING SET IN ORDER TO CLEAN THE INTERNAL TUBES OF INLAB. FEW DAYS LATER, WHEN THE SCANNER BEGAN WORGING,ON THE H/Y SCREEN A MESSAGE APPEARED - "THE SCANNER WINDOW IS DIRTY" ALTHOUGHT IT WAS NOT.(THE RED SPOT APPEARS ON THE WINDOW NORMALLY).I ALSO SEE THAT THE SCANNER'S WINDOW COLOUR IS NOT THE SAME AS IT WAS BEFORE {NOT SO DARK}.SIRONA IN GREECE SAYS THAT I MUST CHANGE THE WHOLE LAZER - IS THERE ANY OTHER SOLUTION OR ANY IDEA IN ORDER TO FIND A SOLUTION TO MY PROBLEM?

The same message appears on my CEREC since I use the “DentaClin” product of Ivoclar Vivadent.
To resolve the problem momentarily (I have to repeat it every week) I clean the laser window with a peace of cotton and little quantity of alcohol, Then I dry with air. Be careful not to break the window laser, its fragile.
